体外治疗性超声联合抗凝对左房内血栓的近期临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察体外治疗性超声对左房内血栓的近期临床疗效。方法将左房内血栓患者116例随机分为两组:A组为超声治疗组,包括超声、低分子肝素钠、华法林和常规药物;B组为对照组,包括低分子肝素钠、华法林和常规治疗药物。结果经治疗3周后,超声治疗组显效27例(46.55%),有效18例(31.03%),总有效率77.58%;对照组显效16例(27.59%),有效14例(24.14%),总有效率51.72%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外治疗性超声配合抗凝治疗左房内血栓近期效果显著,可作为左房内血栓的治疗方法。Objective To observe current curative effect on left ventricle thrombus through external therapeutic ultrasound treatment. Methods We divided 116 cases with left ventricle thrombus randomly into two groups. Group A is treated through ultrasound therapy including ultrasound,low molecular sodium heparin,warfarin and general medicaments.Groupe B is control one treated with low molecular sodium heparin,Warfarin and general medicaments. Results After three weeks＇treatment 27 cases in group A show excellent curative effect （46.55%）, 18 cases show curative effect（31.03%）,the total curative effective rate in group A reaches 77.58%. In the control group 16 cases show excdlent curative effect（27.59%）, 14 cases show curative effect（24.14%）, the total curative effective rate in this group is 51.72%. There is a statistic significance in the differences between the two groups in comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is excellent curative effect on left ventricle thrombus through external therapeutic ultrasound combined with anticoagnlation. Therefore it can be used as a method to treat left ventricle thrombus.
