摘　　要：高职院校办公自动化系统建设起步较晚,为有效推进办公自动化系统建设的实施,本文分析了办公自动化系统的实施步骤、难点分析和发展对策,提出坚持"以需求为导向,以应用促发展"的原则,有计划、分步骤地实施,带动学校的信息化建设,提高学校的管理水平。The development of vocational institute office automation is being later. To promote effectively in it, this paper analyzes the implementation steps, difficult points and developing solutions of OA system, stick the principle ＂guide by demand, promote by application＂, work by a plan and step by step, to promote the development of campus informationization building and improve the college management ability.
