55例急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗体会

摘　　要：目的总结我科急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的经验。方法回顾性分析我院2004年1月至2009年9月55例因急性胆囊炎而行LC的临床资料。结果其中50例腹腔镜完成手术,本组手术时间40～140min,平均70min。本组中仅2例因胆囊坏疽、穿孔内瘘形成中转开腹,3例因为胆囊三角广泛粘连无法分离中转开腹。结论只要把握手术时机、手术指征,掌握好手术技巧,急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术是安全可行的。Aims In concluding my subjects with acute cholecystitis laparoscopic cholecystectomy experience.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2004 to September 2009 55 cases of acute cholecystitis and the clinical data of LC.Results The completion of 50 cases of laparoscopic surgery,the operative time was 40~140 min,an average of 70 min.Only two cases in this group because of gallbladder gangrene and perforation fistula formation transit laparotomy,three cases of gallbladder Triangle because of extensive abdominal adhesions can not be separated interchange.Conclusion So long as the operative time,surgical indications,surgical technique to master,acute cholecystitis,laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible.
