42 Cases of Children with HP Infected Gastritis and Gastro-duodenal Diseases Cured by "Sanhuangliujun" Soup

摘　　要：目的以＂三黄六君汤＂治疗42例儿童HP感染性胃及十二指肠疾病。方法将78例患者随机分为治疗组（42例）和对照组（36例）。治疗组内服＂三黄六君汤＂;对照组采用西药治疗。结果以＂三黄六君汤＂方加减治疗组总有效率为88.1%,而对照组总有效率为63.9%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论＂三黄六君汤＂治疗儿童HP感染性胃及十二指肠疾病具有明显优势。Objective 42 cases of children with HP infected Gastritis and Gastro-duodenal diseases were cured by ＂sanhuangliujun＂ soup- Nethods 78 children with HP infected Gastritis and Gastro-duodenal diseases were divided into test group （42 cases） and comparison group （36cases） at random. Patients in the test group were treated with ＂sanhuangliujun＂ soup and patients in the other group were treated with Drugs. Results Total efficient rate of the test group was 88.1%, which was significantly better than the comparison group whose efficient rate was only 63.9%, and the difference was obvious in statistic analysis （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Using ＂sanhuangliujun＂ soup to treat children with HP infected Gastritis and Gastro-duodenal diseases had obvious advantage.
