摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜设备、器械在手术过程中容易出现的常见故障,制定出科学规范化处理措施,优化日常使用的腹腔镜仪器及保障患者安全。方法回顾性分析2003～2008年手术医生的满意度调查结果,设备器械使用投诉及损坏情况等资料并制定相应的处理措施。结果每年器械使用寿命均得到延长,登记损坏次数逐年下降,医生满意度调查分数得到提高。结论从2006年开始对腹腔镜设备及器械的常见故障进行规范化处理后,腹腔镜设备、器械得到更好的维护和管理,延长其使用寿命以确保腹腔镜手术顺利进行,缩短接台手术的等待时间,提高手术配合质量。Objective Analysis of laparoscopic equipment and instruments during surgical procedures can easily arise in the common failure to develop a scientific and standardized treatment measures,optimizing the daily use of laparoscopic instruments and to protect patient safety.Methods Retrospective analysis of 2003-2008 surgeon satisfaction survey results,the use of equipment,equipment damage,such as complaints and information,and develop appropriate measures.Results Each year are to extend the useful life of equipment,registering year-on-year decline in the number of damage,the doctor satisfaction survey scores improved.Conclusion From 2006 to the equipment and equipment failures common standardized treatment,laparoscopic equipment,better equipment maintenance and management,to extend the service life in order to ensure the smooth progress of laparoscopic surgery to shorten the waiting time for surgery next station and improve surgical with the quality
