海地地震后对驻海地异国遇难人员遗体的处置与卫生防疫

摘　　要：海地地震后，中国国际救援队立即赴海地开展人道主义救援。搜寻到15具联合国工作人员遇难者遗体（包括8具中国寻遇难者遗体）。加强对人员的防护，对遗体的挖掘、转运、保存、后送实施防疫监控。任务结束后，对所有工作人员进行医学观察，未发现疫患。我们认为及时、科学、安全地处理遗体，可使作业人员和环境均得到有效的保护。40％有效氯含量的消毒药片可用于大部分的消毒防疫工作。After the Haiti Earthquake, a Chinese International Medical Search and Rescue Team was dispatched there immediately. Fifteen remains of UN peace-keeping staff members, including 8 Chinese satff members, were excavated. The transportation and preservation are key tasks of hygiene and epidemic prevention too. Prompt, scientific, and safe disposition of the remains help effectively protect the team members and the environment. After any operation cleansing and sterialization should be performed. Disinfection tablet containing 40% available chlorine may be used effectively in most of the strialization and epidemic prevention.
