摘　　要："夹心阶层住屋计划"是香港实施的第一个面向中等收入家庭的住房补贴政策。本文分析了其实施背景,借鉴其住房建设、管理与实施经验。针对当前大陆部分城市住宅市场中存在的问题,提出大陆解决"夹心阶层"住房困难的建议。The ＂Sandwich Class Housing Scheme （SCHS）＂ is the first housing scheme offered by the Hong Kong Authority to subsidize a group of people with an income higher than the income limit set for the other existing public housing schemes. This article analyses its implementation background, learns its construction, management and implementation experiences. Propose some measures to relief the sandwich class housing difficulties in some cities of the China's Mainland.
