摘  要:故障限流器可以快速地限制短路电流,保证系统安全稳定运行,是一种具有发展潜力的限制短路电流技术。在综合大量文献的基础上综述了国内外故障限流器的应用研究现状、发展应用;详细介绍了故障限流器的分类、基本原理和应用要求,归纳了它们在电力系统中的安装地点,提出了在实用化过程中故障限流器研究亟待解决的问题,包括:FCL与电力系统整体性能的交互影响;FCL与电网关键设备的交互影响;FCL的经济性评价;FCL与其他现有FACTS装置控制系统、电网调度控制系统的协调配合问题;FCL的最优化配置问题等。Fault current limiter(FCL), which is able to limit short circuit current quickly to ensure safe system operation, is a very promising technology. According to the research results of many papers, the research and application situation of fault current limiter is summarized in this paper. The main classifications, basic principle and the application requirements as well as the locations of fault current limiter in power system are presented in detail. Finally, some problems in practice about the research of fault current limiter , including the interactive impacts between FCL and the whole performance of power system, the interactive impacts between FCL and key equipments of power system, economic evaluation of FCL, the coordination problem between FCL and key control systems, such as other existing FACTS device control system and power dispatching control system, optimal equip ofFCL, etc, are put forward.
