摘　　要：本文采用简便的分光光度法间接地衡量制革常用脱毛蛋白酶中胶原酶活性的强弱。选取天然底物实验,确定最佳条件。本方法易于在制革实验室中得到应用。In this paper,spectrophotometric method was used for measuring the collagenolytic assay of unhairing protease and reflecting the reaction degree indirectly.The protease was often used in tanning.The natural substrate was selected in this experiment to determine the optimum conditions.This method was time-saving and could be applied in the leather laboratory easily.
