摘  要:本文应用Itenfisedkinyoun(IK)改良抗酸染色,Ziehl-Neelsen(ZN)经典抗酸染色和BacillusCalmetteGuevin(BCG)抗体免疫组化染色等方法对181例结核病组织切片进行了结核杆菌的检测.结果IK抗酸染色法L型结核菌检出率为67.4%,ZN法为29.8%,两者差异有显著性。两种抗酸染色法均证明结核灶内主要(67.4%、29.8%)为抗酸菌L型;杆菌型仅1例,对两种抗酸染色均呈阳性反应。BCG众体免疫组化染色发现82.3%结核灶内有其抗原存在。提示抗酸菌L型可能是结核病误诊、复发和播散的重要原因。IK法可提高抗酸菌L型的检出率。181 cases of tuberculosis were studied using Intenfised kinyoun (IK), Ziehl - Neelsen (ZN) acid - fast staining and Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG ) antibody immunohistochemical technique(ABC). It was showed that the detective rate of acid - fast bacterial L - form was 67. 4% (IK method ), 29. 8 % (ZN method ), which are obviously different, P<0. 005. Two acid - fast staining results indicated that acid - fast bacterial L - forms was mainly in tuberculosls focus (67. 4 %, 28. 9 % );the positive of acid-fast bacillus was only one case (both IK and ZN ). The positive rate of L - form antigen was 82. 3 %. The results indicated that the infection of acid -fast bacterial L-forms might be important causes of misdiagnosis, recurrence and spread. The IK method possibly increases detecting rate of acid - fast bacterial L - forms.
