摘　　要：目的:对门诊处方进行统计调查和评价,并根据结果对门诊进行干预,从而提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法:对我院2008年下半年的门诊处方的处方金额,药品数量,抗菌药物使用情况等方面进行统计和分析评价。结果:平均每张处方的价格偏高,但其他数据基本都符合卫生部规定。抗菌药物方面氟喹诺酮类的使用量虽然在后3个月略有下降,但总体的使用量依然偏高。结论:医疗机构应继续对处方管理和抗菌药物使用进行干预。OBJECTIVE： To review the outpatient prescriptions and to adopt intervention in the outpatient department based on the results of review so as to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational drug use. METHODS： The outpatient prescriptions in our hospital in the second half year of 2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum and quantity of drugs prescribed and the utilization of antibiotics. RESULTS： The average consumption sum per prescription was on the high side. However,the other indicators were in line with the standard specified by ministry of health. The consumption amount of Quinolones reduced slightly in the last 3 months yet it was still on the high side. CONCLUSION： Continuous management on prescriptions and intervention on the use of antibiotics should be emphasized in hospital.
