摘　　要：目的:对我院2006～2008年抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计,分析儿童抗菌药物使用的特点和规律变化,为临床用药提供依据。方法:对我院2006～2008年抗菌药物的品种数、使用金额等进行统计排序分析。结果及结论:我院的抗菌药物用药结构比较稳定,抗菌药物用药品种趋向集中,抗菌药物的选择较合理。OBJECTIVE： To conduct a statistical analysis on the utilization of antibacterials from 2006 to 2008 in our hospital,and to analyze the characteristics and regularity of the utilization of antibiotics in children for references of clinical drug use. METHODS： The utlization of antibacterials in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 was analyzed statistically with regard to the number of drug categories and the ordering of consumption sum. RESULTS CONCLUSION： The utilization structure of antibacterials in our hospital was stable and characterized by centralized in drug categories and rational in the choice of antibacterials.
