摘 要:针对辽河油田曙1-20374井目前存在的油帽粘度高、关井时间长、在套管内形成死油帽、难以进行捞油作业等问题,考察了生物酶降粘剂SUN600对捞油井稠油的降粘效果。结果表明,生物酶稠油降粘技术能有效解决原油粘度高而难以采出的问题,降粘率达99%;当温度为50℃时,生物酶降粘剂降粘效果最好;且生物酶降粘剂用清水配样比污水降粘效果好,但对超稠油效果不明显;生物酶稠油降粘技术相对成本较低,增油效果明显。The viscosity reducing effect of enzyme viscosity reducer SUN600 on heavy oil from Shu 1 -20347 bailing well of Liaohe Oilfield was investigated in order to settle the problems of high oil cap viscosity, long shut- in time, dead oil cap formation, and difficult bailing production. The results showed that the enzyme heavy oil viscosity reducing technology solved the problem of high oil viscosity and difficulty to bail. The viscosity reducing rate was up to 99% in laboratory. The enzyme viscosity reducer showed the best viscosity reducing effect when temperature was at 50 ℃. The viscosity reducing effect when specimen was prepared with fresh water was better than that when prepared with sewage, but the effect was not significant to super heavy oil. Low relative cost and remarkable oil increment were the advantages of the enzyme heavy oil viscosity reducing technology.
