摘 要:以水玻璃、氯化铁、氯化铝和硫酸高铈为原料,制备了聚硅酸氯化铝铁(PAFSC)/稀土复合絮凝剂。通过正交试验确定了最佳制备条件:Al3+/Fe3+摩尔比为2∶1,Si4+/(Al3++Fe3+)摩尔比为1∶3,硫酸高铈的用量为反应物总质量的32.14%,反应时间为5h。用制备的复合絮凝剂对黄河水进行处理,结果表明,该复合絮凝剂可有效降低黄河水的浊度、色度及COD值,且具有很宽的pH值应用范围,因而具有较高的应用价值。A complex flocculant, polysilicate aluminum ferrite chloride (PAFSC)/rare earth, was prepared with sodium silicate, ferric chloride, aluminum chloride, and eerie sulfate as raw material. By the orthogonal test, the optimum conditions were determined that were molar ratio of Al^3+ +/Fe^3+2:1 ,molar ratio of Si^4+/ ( Al^3+ + Fe^3+ ) 1 : 3, amount of eerie sulfate 32.14% ( base on the total mass of reactants), reaction time 5 h. The results of treating the Yellow River water with the complex flocculant showed that the complex floeculant could efficiently decrease the turbidity, chroma, and COD of the Yellow River water, and could be used in wide range of pH value. So the flocculant has good application value.
