摘 要:以马来酸酐和铵盐为原料,磷酸为催化剂,合成了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)阻垢剂。确定了PASP最佳合成工艺条件:铵盐为碳酸铵,铵离子与马来酸酐摩尔比为1.2∶1,氨化时间2h,马来酸酐用量为9.8g时,水解碱(2mol/LNaOH溶液)加量45mL。阻垢性能评价表明,当PASP加量为10mg/L时,对硫酸钙的阻垢率达98.3%;在80℃时,阻垢率仍达90%以上。Scale inhibitor polyaspartic acid (PASP)was synthesized using maleic anhydride and ammonium salt as raw materials and phosphoric acid as catalyst. The optimum synthetic process conditions were determined as follows: the ammonium salt was ammonium carbonate, the molar ratio of ammonium ion to maleic anhydride was 1.2 : 1, ammoniation time was 2 h, and the adding amount of hydrolization alkali (NaOH solution, 2 moL/L) was 45 mL. The results of scale inhibition evaluation showed that the scale inhibition rate to calcium sulfate was 98.3% when the adding amount of PASP was 10 mg/L and the rate was still higher than 90% when temperature was at 80 ℃.
