摘 要:为增强铝颜料的耐腐蚀性及与树脂的相容性,先后以溶胶-凝胶法和原位聚合法在铝颜料表面包覆SiO2和聚丙烯酸酯(PA),分析了SiO2和PA包覆铝颜料的机理,运用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、光电子能谱(XPS)和环境扫描电镜(ESEM)等表征了铝颜料的表面形貌和结构,并考察了原位聚合条件对包覆后铝颜料涂膜性能的影响.研究结果表明:单体用量为0.7g、聚合温度为85℃、聚合时间为4~5h时,制备的双重包覆铝颜料在树脂中的分散性和附着力明显增强,涂层具有良好的外观、光泽度和耐酸性.In order to enhance the corrosion resistance and resin consistence of aluminum pigments, SiO2 and polyacrylate were used to encapsulate the pigments by means of the sol-gel method and the in-situ polymerization, respectively. Then, the mechanism of encapsulation was analyzed, and the surface morphology and structure of the encapsulated pigments were characterized by means of FT-IR, XPS and ESEM. Moreover, the influences of encap- sulating conditions on the properties of the coating films containing encapsulated aluminum pigments were investigated. The results show that, with a monomer dosage of 0. 7 g, the aluminum pigments encapsulated at 85 ℃ for 4 - 5 h is of significantly-improved dispersibility and adhesion, which enables the coating film to possess good appearance, high glossiness, and strong acid resistance.
