浅谈炼钢用超高功率石墨电极的生产

摘　　要：总结了近年来炼钢用超高功率石墨电极生产状况和生产超高功率石墨电极的一些主要工序，阐述了生产超高功率石墨电极的一些技术要点。实践表明：要生产出高质量的超高功率石墨电极就必须把握好生产工艺中的各个技术环节，尤其要掌握好原料的选择、焙烧、石墨化等环节。The production status of steelmaking UHP graphite electrode was summarized. Some main working procedures of producing UHP graphite electrode were introduced. Some technical essentials of producing UHP graphite electrode were expounded. Experimental results show that every technical step in producing process should be held in order to produce the high quality UHP graphite electrode. Especially,the choice of raw materials,baking,and graphitization should be attracted attention.
