摘　　要：为了准确评判某商住楼的结构安全性,采用了批构件与单构件相结合的方法,分两次对构件进行承载力分析及鉴定,即先按《建筑结构检测技术标准》对其进行批构件检测,并按批构件及单构件对该楼框架柱进行承载力分析,对不满足要求的柱再进行检测,并按单构件对其进行分析,最后确定框架柱的加固数量。在此基础上,对该楼框架柱提出了一个较为合理的加固方法。In order to appraise the safety of the building structure accurately, the method of the strength derived value of con- crete with the combination of the whole and the single one is applied in the qualification, it detects the strength according to the Technical Standard For Inspection of Building Structure at first, and analyze the bearing capacity of the column with the whole or the single one. Then it detects the strength and analyze the bearing capacity of the column at the second time, which can＇t satisfy the safety demand. And it gets the number of column which should be strengthened. At the same, a rational strengthen method is applied to the building.
