摘　　要：文中从陕西省所处独特的大地构造演化环境、黄金产业勘查开发现状、环境等方面,阐述了陕西黄金产业发展面临的机遇和挑战以及勘查开发所存在的主要问题,并从加大基础勘查力度增加储量、推广采用采选冶新技术、加强科技人才的培养等方面,重点探讨了陕西省黄金产业可持续发展的对策。This paper reviewed the unique geotectonic setting of Shanxi province, the current situation of gold prospecting and its related environments, elaborated its opportunities and challenges. The main issues of the prospecting and developments are analized. It is suggested to strengthen the fundamental propecting, extend the new techniques for mining, processing and smelting, and training more professional talents. The countermeasures for the sustainable development of gold industry are discussed.
