摘　　要：文章围绕高校图书馆个性化主动信息服务问题,论述了个性化服务、主动服务的含义、特征,指出了采用智能代理技术实现高校图书馆个性化主动信息服务的可行性,并提出个性化主动信息服务的新模式。Centering on the problem of personalized active information services, the paper discusses the meaning and characteristics of personalized information services and active services in library, it points out the feasibility of applying intelligent agent technique to realize personalized active information service, and puts forward the new model of personalized active information service in university library.
