摘　　要：近年来,我国相继发生了几次大范围的电煤供应紧张情况,许多地区出现了不同程度的缺煤停机及拉限电,电煤供应已成为影响电网安全稳定运行与可靠供电的重要因素,受到各方高度关注。分析2009年电煤供需情况,说明供需矛盾的原因及当前电煤供应存在的问题;展望2010年的电煤供需形势,指出电煤需求将继续保持上升态势;由于电煤供应的不确定性仍较大,时段性、局部性电煤供需紧张仍不可避免。In recent years, due to times of heavy shortages of power coal supply, the severe generator shutdown and power limitation occurred in many provinces. The power coal supply has become an important factor for the stable operation of power grids and the reliable supply of power, and drawn more and more attention. The situation of power coal supply and demand in 2009 was summarized. It was loosen in the first ten months, but lightened in last two months. Furthermore, the problems of the power coal supply were analyzed. Finally, the situation of power coal supply and demand in 2010 was forecasted. The forecasting results show that with the ever-increasing demand of power coal and its uncertain supply, the periodical and regional shortage of power coal supply will be inevitable.
