摘 要:为保证数字化变电站过程总线的通信服务质量,提出一种基于PROFINET技术的过程总线通信新方案。介绍了PROFINET支持的3种通信方式,总结了过程总线通信具有映射全面性和传输要求多样性特征。为确保PROFINET技术成功应用于过程总线,将相关报文分为配置诊断数据、一般型GOOSE和高实时信息3种类型并进行分时设置,此外还需采用支持IEEE1588和具备建立时间表格功能的工业级交换机。新方案可实现采样值的网络化同步,大大简化设备接线,有利于网络故障的迅速自恢复。In order to ensure the quality of service of process bus communication in digital substation, a new PROFINET based scheme was put forward. Three communication modes supported by PROFINET was introduced. The process bus communication, which is of mapping comprehensiveness and requirement diversity, was summarized, To ensure the successful application in process bus, the message is divided into three kinds, such as diagnostic data, general GOOSE and highly real-time data, and they should be timesharing set. Moreover, the industrial switch supporting IEEE 1588 and time table is required. The new scheme has many advantages, such as sampled values networking synchronization, greatly simplification of wiring and rapidly recovery for the network failure.
