摘 要:介质损耗角正切值tanδ是反映电容性设备绝缘状况的一个重要参数,受环境因素(如温度、湿度、污损)、频率及电压等级的影响。现有规程中对变压器介质损耗角正切值的温度换算做出了一些规定,然而在大量试验中逐渐发现其不适用性。通过几组典型数据分析这一现象;针对变压器绝缘在不同温度下介电特性的变化情况,结合电介质物理学理论,分析其变化规律的内部科学性;通过试验分析变压器绝缘纸板与绝缘油的介质损耗关系,就温度换算对现有规程的执行提出修改建议,供变压器绝缘状况的评估工作参考。Dielectric loss factor tan δ is an important parameter reflecting the insulation condition of capacitive equipment, which is impacted by environmental factors (such as temperature, humidity and defacing), frequency and voltage levels. There are some provisions about transformer dielectric loss temperature conversion in existing rules. However, in a large number of tests, the inapplicability of the rules was found. Some typical data were illustrated to analyze this phenomenon. According to the changes of dielectric properties of transformer insulation at different temperatures, combined with theory of dielectric physics, the inner regalarity of the changes, and the relationship between transformer insulation paper' s and oil' s dielectric losses were analyzed by tests, and recommendations on the implementation of the existing rules were given, which are useful to the assessment of transformer insulation status.
