摘　　要：哲学咨询作为实际从事的对话治疗形式,有着悠久的历史。哲学通过澄清概念和获得对人们自身经历的生活的洞察,来缓和人们所经历的道德和存在的紧张,并提供心灵的宁静。尽管哲学咨询和心理咨询都用到对话方式,但心理咨询的目的是要解除来访者的心理困扰,而哲学咨询是要让来访者重构问题的意义,从而化解心理困扰。心理咨询需要用到哲学范式,哲学咨询则要解决情感与思维的缠绕问题。Philosophical consult as a practical form of dialogic treatment has a long history. Philosophy clarifies concepts and obtains one＇s personal life experience to relieve the tension between the morality and the existence one experiences, and to provide mental tranquility. Both philosophical consult and psychological consult utilize the method of dialogue, but the goal of psychological consult is to remove the psychological puzzles of the visitors while that of philosophical cOnsult is to reconstruct the meaning of the visitor＇s questions or problems to achieve a similar aim. Psychological consult uses philosophical paradigm; and philosophical consult is expected to solve the worries in emotion and thinking.
