摘 要:采用固体研磨法使RuCl3.xH2O与NaOH在室温下反应,产物在空气中200℃热处理3h后得到了RuO2颗粒。进而在室温下以硅烷偶联剂KH-550对RuO2颗粒进行表面改性,得到在氯仿中有良好分散性的改性RuO2颗粒。再将改性RuO2颗粒分散到3-(4-氟苯)噻吩(FPT)的氯仿溶液中,并以无水三氯化铁(FeCl3)为氧化剂,采用化学聚合法制备了PFPT/RuO2复合材料。对复合材料的结构与形貌进行了FT-IR、XRD、SEM等表征,并在0.5mol/L硫酸溶液中,用循环伏安(C-V)和恒电流充放电等测试研究了复合材料的电化学性质,结果表明,复合材料中RuO2的比容量可达390F/g。Hydrous RuO_2 particles were obtained by mixing RuCl3·xH2O with sodium hydroxide in an agate mortar at room temperature and then annealed for 3h at 200℃ in air.The RuO_2 particle had an excellent dispersion in CHCl3 after surface modified by silance coupling agent(KH-550) at ambient temperature.The PFPT/RuO_2 composite were obtained via chemical polymerization of 3-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophene(FPT) with FeCl3 as oxidant when the modified RuO_2 particles were dispersed into the solution.The structure and morphology of the PFPT/RuO_2 composite material were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,XRD,et al.The electrochemical properties of PFPT/RuO_2 composite were investigated by cyclic voltammetry(C-V) and galvanostatic charge-discharge techniques in 0.5mol/L H2SO4.The results showed the specific capacitance of RuO_2 in the PFPT/RuO_2 composite material reached up to 390F/g.
