摘　　要：目的探讨心肾综合征分型是否科学、合理。方法分析Ronco等提出的分型建议,并结合4个典型病例,评判分型的合理性和不足。结果病史长且复杂者病例难以确定分型,无法判断发病是以肾功能或心功能为主。结论该分型有一定的科学性,但不能包含所有的心肾综合征,如加入未定型更合理。Objective To study whether the typing method of cardiorenal syndrome（CRS） is scientific and rational. Methods The typing method of CRS proposed by Ronco et al was analyzed and its rationality and shortcomings were discussed in view of 4 typical CRS cases. Results It was difficult to type CRS in patients with a long history and complex conditions. The key points such as renal and heart functions during CRS could not be judged. Conclusion The typing method of CRS proposed by Ronco et al is of certain rationality, but not all CRS can be typed with it. It is, thus, more rational if undermined type of CRS is considered.
