可拆卸式全钢瓦楞结构交货盘的设计与应用

摘　　要：目前架空导线广泛采用型钢复合结构交货盘,在使用过程中存在一些问题。为了提高交货盘的结构强度和经济性,设计了可拆卸式全钢瓦楞结构交货盘,试验证明其满足工程应用技术要求。该交货盘在运输过程中不易变形,在张力放线时尾部导线不易窜出,还可以很好地保护最内几层导线;具有可循环使用、空盘回收效率高、拆卸组装方便、节约环保的特点。At present formed steel composite structural delivery drum has been widely used for overhead conductors and has some problems during operation.The demountable all-steel corrugated cardboard delivery drum is designed to increase its structural strength and economy.Its tests have proved that it can meet engineering operation requirements.The delivery drum is not easy to deform in the process of transportation,conductors in the rear are not flee out during line stringing under tension,conductors in the innermost layers be protected.It is characterized by recycle use,high recovery efficiency of vacant drum,easy assembly and disassembly and being economical and environmental friendly.
