摘  要:因外界负荷的变化,泵经常在变工况下运行,所以,需要对泵的流量进行调节。旁路调节作为流量调节的一种方式,主要用于泵的小流量保护以及母管压力受限系统的运行调节等。现采用图解分析的方式,介绍了泵旁路调节的原理和方法,提出了两种调节方案;针对水泵的旁路系统,分别考虑"小流量保护"及"母管压力限制"两种因素,对旁路调节的不同方案进行了研究比较,得到最优运行方案,并结合电厂运行实例进行了分析。Due to the change of external load, pump often runs in different working conditions. The flow of pump shall then be adjusted . As a way of regulating the flow of pump, bypass control is mainly used for protecting the pump with small-flow and regulating the system whose main pipeline pressure is limited. In this article, the theory and approach of bypass control has been elaborated through graphic mode and two solutions been proposed. Besides, in allusion to two factors that include small-flow protection and main-pipeline pressure limitation, different schemes of pass control have been studied in combination with a plant example, and an optimized scheme has finally been obtained.
