摘　　要：2009年,青岛港逆势上扬,港口吞吐量提升5.1%、集装箱作业增长2.4%,提前为业界带来了春天的气息。在国家新的经济形势下,今后的青岛港如何继续加快发展方式的转变和结构调整的步伐?"两会"召开前,全国人大代表、青岛港掌门人常德传接受了本刊记者的采访。In the year of 2009, Qindao Port acquired rapid development with growth rate of port traffic reach 5.1% and growth rate of container operation reach 2.4%,which has brought the tinges of spring for industry in advance. Under the new economic position of our country, how to continue to speed up the steps of transform the mode and structural adjustment in the future, Mr. Chang Dechuan, the Deputy to the National People＇s Congress and chairman of Qingdao Port, received the reporter prior to the Two Sessions.
