摘　　要：指出深圳市实施的少年儿童住院及大病门诊医疗保险制度,首次将外来劳务工子女纳入参保范围。介绍了主要内容及实施效果,旨在为全国医疗制度改革,特别是少儿医疗保障制度、农民工医疗保障制度、家庭医疗帐户的建立与管理、以及受人口流动影响的儿童问题研究提供借鉴与参考。This paper reported the main contents of this institutional innovation and evaluate its implemental results, which is designed to be a reference for the reform of China＇ s national health care system, especially in the field of the children＇ s medical security system, medical security system of migrant workers, family health care account establishment and management, as well as the research on Children＇s issues impact by population mobility.
