山东省县及县以上医院图书馆人力资源现状调查分析

摘　　要：通过对山东省县及县以上医院图书馆工作人员抽样调查,发现县及县以上医院图书馆人员数量不足,年轻力量较少,非图书馆专业学历人员比例过高,近5年内人均发表论文较少,且无人承担或参加过科研课题,专业素质不适应医院图书馆工作信息化、网络化、现代化的要求。建议适当增加信息管理专业人员,加强现有人员的业务素质培训,提高专业水平、外语水平和计算机管理水平,限制非专业人员进入图书馆,控制专科及以上本专业学历人员流出,制定相应的配套政策,稳定县及县以上医院图书馆人员队伍,改善工作条件,及时评定工作人员职称,调动图书馆人员积极性。This paper discussed the situation and problems of hospital library staffs in county-based level or higher of hospitals in Shandong Province. It has been found that the number of hospital library staffs is not enough to meet the demand of library work, in which the ratio of the number of hospital library staffs to the number of total hospital workers is less than 1%. The number of library staffs aged of 40- 49 years in hospitals surveyed accounted for 42.6% and the number of them aged over 50 years accounted for 18.8% of all the participants. This indicated there is a lack of young library staffs. The number of library staffs without the required major of library and information is greater than the requirement. No library staff took or attended any research program in the past 5 years before the survey, which reflect that the professional quality of the library staffs is not high. Suggestions to solve the problems above were made by the author.
