摘　　要：本文结合软件与服务外包产业发展的背景,在研究分析印度和爱尔兰软件人才培养模式的基础上,探讨改进高职院校软件人才培养模式的一些措施,提出以"产学合作、嵌入教学、顶岗实习、实岗训练"为特征的高职软件人才培养模式。According to the background of development of software and service outsourcing industry,and based on the research and analysis of software training model in India and Ireland,the improvement of software vocational training model is explored,and some measures of software vocational training model characterized by ＂university-industry cooperation,embedded in teaching,internships,real jobs training＂ are put forward.
