摘　　要：地质行业是国家的基础产业,肩负着为国家经济社会发展提供矿产资源的重任,地质行业科技人才培养是关系到地质行业能否实现持续快速发展的关键。本文在全面分析河北省地质行业科技人才队伍现状和存在问题的基础上,构建了适宜本省特征的地质行业科技人才培养创新机制的"钻石模型"框架,提出了具体的地质科技人才培养创新机制,为地质行业实施科技人才培养规划及机制体制构建提供参考。The geological industry is the country＇s basic industries,shouldering the country＇s economic and social development in the important task of the supply of mineral resources,geological science and technology industry,personnel training is related to the geological industry ability to achieve sustained and rapid development.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis of the geological industry,scientific and technical personnel in Hebei Province and problems of the status quo,based on the province to build a suitable geological characteristics of the industry technology professionals to foster innovative mechanisms for the ＂Diamond Model＂ framework put forward specifi c geological scientifi c and technological personnel training and innovative mechanisms for the geological sector planning and implementation of scientifi c and technological personnel training system to build a mechanism to provide a realistic reference.
