女性慢性咳嗽患者生活质量及尿失禁调查

摘　　要：目的了解成年女性慢性咳嗽患者的生活质量和尿失禁状况。方法以门诊就诊的慢性患者为对象，通过调查问卷的方式评估女性慢性咳嗽患者的生理、心理及社会功能的影响，并比较与男性患者的差异。结果共人选288例慢性咳嗽患者，其中女性142例，平均年龄为（44．7±16．1）岁，病程为37（2～360）个月，男性146例，平均年龄为（41．3±14．3）岁，病程为24（2～480）个月。男性患者与女性患者在生理状况领域的平均得分差异无统计学意义（4．23±0．87VS4．15±0．82，P〉0．05），心理健康领域（3．61±1．12VS3．69±1．00，P〉0．05）及社会功能领域（3．85±1．18VS3．82±1．13，P〉0．05）差异均无统计学意义。女性患者尿失禁发生率（71／142，50．0％）显著高于男性（3／146，2．1％），X2=86．7，P〈0．01。结论女性慢性咳嗽患者的生活质量受到严重影响，程度与男性类似，但尿失禁是女性患者的一个普遍问题。Objective To evaluate the quality of life and incontinence of the female with chronic cough. Methods Patients with chronic cough were recruited from outpatient of Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Disease. Information regarding the physical, psychological and social effects of the chronic cough was elicited through a survey questionnaire. Results A total of 288 outpatients with chronic cough completed the questionnaire. The mean age of the female patients was （44.7±16.1） y,and （41.3±14.3） y in male. The median cough duration of female and male patients was 37（2-360） m and 24（2-480） m, respectively. There was no significant difference in scores from the assessment of the area in physical condition（4.23±0.87 vs 4.15±0.82, P〉0. 05） ,mental health（3.61±1.12 vs 3.69± 1.00, P 〉0.05）, social function（3.85 ± 1.18 vs 3.82 ± 1.13, P 〉 0.05） between female and male patients. However, the incidence of complications of urinary incontinence in female patients was significantly higher than male （50.0% vs 2.1%, X2= 86.7, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Chronic cough seriously interfere with female patient＇s quality of life, which show no significant difference compared with male, much high rate of incontinence occures in women with chronic cough.
