摘　　要：随着糖尿病发病率的逐年增加，目前手术合并糖代谢紊乱患者逐渐增多。糖代谢紊乱可加重手术风险，影响预后；而手术本身作为一种创伤，又可加重糖尿病患者的糖代谢紊乱，这可能与手术引起机体内激素水平变化有关。因此，应充分重视手术患者合并糖代谢紊乱的情况，做好术前患者基本情况的评估，强化围手术期的血糖控制，防治感染及其他术后并发症的出现。本文对手术与糖代谢紊乱的关系、可能机制及其防治措施进行综述。The combination of surgery and dysglycemia is very common nowadays, since the incidence of diabetes increased year by year. The dysglycemia increases the difficulty of the surgery, and may cause poor prognosis. While as a trauma,the surgery deteriorated the dysglycemia in diabetic patients due to the fluctuations of hormone level. So we should pay more attention to the diabetic patients who are going to undergo a surgery. Evaluation of the basic condition before surgery, intensive blood glucose control and prevention of infection and other complications after surgery are very important. This article reviews the relationship between surgery and dysglycemia,their possible mechanism,and the prevention.
