摘  要:目的研究玉竹提取物A(extraction A of polygonatum odoratum,EA-PAOA)对小鼠MΦ细胞因子产生的影响,以探讨对免疫功能的作用。方法检测小鼠体外MΦ产生的IL-1和TNF-α。结果10ug/ml以上浓度的玉竹提取物A对小鼠MΦ产生的IL-1有抑制作用,1000ug/ml浓度的玉竹提取物A的IP(inhibitory perentage)达39.1%,对TNF-α抑制作用比对IL-1的抑制作用明显,10ug/ml浓度的玉竹提取物A的CIP(ytolytic-Inhibitory perentage)达28.6%,1000ug/ml浓度的玉竹提取物A的CIP达78.6%。两者均呈量效依赖关系。结论玉竹提取物A对小鼠MΦ产生的IL-1和TNF-α均有抑制作用,可抑制小鼠的免疫功能。Objective Researched the effect of actoin governing EA-PAOA (extraction A of polygonatum odoratum var pluriflorum ohwi) on the cytokine production of mice macrophages (MΦ) so as to explore the action of EA PAOA onimmunologic function. Methods To assay for IL-1 and TNF-α produceted by mice MΦ in vitro.Results There is a inhibitory action of EA-PAOP in concentration of equal or high 10ug/ml on IL-1 production of mice MΦ.The IP(inhibitory percentage)in concentration of 1000ug/ml of EA-PAOA rase 39.1%. the inhibitory action of EA-PAOA on TNF-αproduction of mice MΦ is higher than on IL-1 production of mice MΦ,the CIP(cytolytic-inhibitory percentage) of EA-PAOA in concentration of 10ug/ml rases 28.6% ,and in concentration of 1000ug/ml rase 78.6%.The inhibitory action of EA-PAOA on both IL-1 and TNF-αof mice MΦ depends on the concentration of EA-PAOA. Conclusion There is a inhibitory action of EA-PAOA on both IL-1 and TNF-α production of mice MΦ.EA-PAOA inhibits the immunologic function of mice.
