康复联合针灸治疗脑梗塞昏迷30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察康复结合针灸治疗对脑昏迷的促醒作用。方法50例昏迷患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例采用醒脑开窍针法和综合康复治疗,对照组采用综合康复治疗。结果治疗组30例中显效15例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率83.3%,对照组20例中显效6例,有效8例,无效7例,总有效率70%。结论针刺结合康复治疗可提高脑干网状觉醒系统的兴奋性,解除大脑皮层的抑制状态,促进脑昏迷患者的意识恢复。Objective To observe the combination of acupuncture treatment on the rehabilitation of brain coma wake-promoting effects. Methods 50 cases of coma patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 30 cases with Xingnao on acupuncture and comprehensive rehabilitation, comprehensive rehabilitation treatment control group. Results In the treatment group of 30 patients in 15 cases markedly effective in 10 cases, ineffective in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 83.3% in the control group 20 cases markedly effective in 6 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 7 cases, the total effective rate 70%. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can improve brain stem reticular arousal system, excitability, the lifting of the inhibition of cerebral cortex to promote awareness of brain coma recovery.
