摘 要:目的:观察郁金提取物β-榄香烯对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法:选择痛阈值在5~30s的ICR小鼠50只,随机分为郁金提取物β-榄香烯高、中、低剂量组,阿司匹林组和对照组,各10只。各组以相应试药按0.2ml/10g腹腔内注射,1天2次,连续7天,于给药前、给药后30、60、90、120min测各组小鼠的痛阈值。结果:郁金提取物β-榄香烯高剂量组能明显提高小鼠的痛阈值,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:郁金提取物对小鼠具有明显的镇痛作用。Objective:To observe the analgesia effect of β-el-emene on mouse. Methods:ICR mice with 5 - 30 s pain threshold were randomized into 3 doses of β-el-emene groups (low, medium, and high doses) , aspirin group, and control group (saline) , 10 in each. β-el-emene, aspirin, and saline were given of 0.2ml/10g via intrapefitoneal injection twice a day for 7 days. The pain threshold was measured before and 30,60,90, and 120 min after treatment. Results:The pain threshold was increased in the high dose of β-el-emene group as compared with that in the control group, with a significant difference (P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ). Conclusion: β-el-emene as a type of turmeric root tuber extraction has obvious analgesia effect in mouse.
