摘 要:目的:建立银线草的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱技术,Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长232nm,流速1.0mL.min-1,柱温25℃。结果:按中国药典"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统的操作规范"计算,12批银线草指纹图谱的相似度均在0.95以上,确定了20个共有峰,建立了该药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结论:该指纹图谱方法准确可靠,重现性好,可作为银线草药材内在质量评价的依据。Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint for the quality control of C. japonicus. Methods: A Diamonsil C18 (4.6mm×200mm,5μm) by stepwise gradient elution with MeOH -H20 as the mobile phase was used. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1, and the detection wavelength and temperature were at 232 nm and 25 ℃. Results:The operating standard of similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine was used to calculate. Similarity of 12 batches of C. japonicus was higher than 0. 95, the fingerprint of C. japonicus was established, and 20 common peaks were indicated. Conclusion : This method is simple, accurate, and can be applied to the quality control of C. japonicus.
