摘　　要：目的：建立孕妇金花片中芍药苷含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，中科院大连化学物理研究所KF色谱柱，乙腈-磷酸（0．1％）溶液（12：88）为流动相，检测波长230nm。结果：芍药苷在0．12-0．60μg之间线性关系良好（r=0．9997，n=5）。加样回收率为99．98％，RSD为1．87％（n=5）。结论：该实验方法操作简单，分离效果好，灵敏度高，可作为孕妇金花片的质量控制标准。Objective：A HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin of Yunfujinhua tablet was established. Methods A KF chromatographic column was used with solution of acetonitrile - phosphoric acid （12： 88） as the mobile phase, The detection wavelength was 230nm. Results： The linear range was O. 12 0. 60g （r =0.999 7,n =5）, and average rate of recovery was 99.98% （ RSD = 1.87%, n =5） . Conclusion：The method is simple and sensitive with good separation efficiency, it can be used in the standard of quantitative determination of Yunfujinhua tablet.
