摘　　要：目的:研究双黄连气雾剂中连翘苷的含量测定方法,建立相应的质量控制标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,对连翘苷进行了测定。结果:连翘苷的含量可用相应的测定方法准确测出。结论:测定方法准确可靠、重现性好,可以控制产品的质量。Objective ：To study a method that determined the content of forsythin in ShuangHuangLian aerosol, to establish relevant quality control standard. Method： HPLC method is ulitilized to determine the forsythin. Resut ： The content of forsythin all can be determined accurately by relevant method. Conclusion ： The forsythin content determination method is accurate and can be used to control product quality with satisfactory reproducibility.
