补肾生血法治疗再生障碍性贫血300例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中医治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法:根据患者不同临床表现分为急劳热毒溢血型、肾阴虚型及肾阳虚型,三型分别给予清瘟败毒饮、补肾Ⅰ号及补肾Ⅱ号加减。结果:300例患者中基本治愈者10例,缓解者58例,明显进步者159例,无效者73例。结论:中医辨证治疗再生障碍性贫血具有显著疗效。Objective：To observe the clincal efficacy of aplastic anemia patients treated by Chinese medicine. Methods： According to different clinical manifestations in patients with Acute deficiency and Reduqing overflow blood type, type of kidneyyin deficiency and yang -deficiency type. Three types were separately given in addition and subtraction TCM yin of Qingyun Baidu, kidney - nourshing I and kidney - nourshing H. Results：10 cases of 300 patients were basic cure,58 cases were remission,marked improvement in those 159 eases,73 cases were null and void. Conclusion：TCM treatment of aplastic anemia has a significant effect.
