针药结合治疗单纯性肥胖病的思考

摘　　要：肥胖病已成为威胁全球人类健康的疾病之一。肥胖病及相应并发症的复杂性更加剧了对其治疗的困难性。单纯的治疗手段如药物,针灸、手术、运动及生活方式干预等已无法控制其蔓延恶化。因而,从综合施治的思路入手,利用针灸与药物减肥在疗效特点与作用机制方面的协同性,提出针药结合治疗单纯性肥胖病的可能性,有利于提高减肥的临床疗效,减轻药物副作用,综合防治肥胖病及其引发的严重并发症。Obesity has become a global threat of human health. The complexity of obesity and related complications have also aggravated the difficulty of its treatment. We can not make it under control by simple therapeautic tools like medicine, Acupuncture, operation, intervention of life style, and so on. So based on the cooperativity of therapeutic effects and active mechanisms of both Acupuncture and medicine for obesity, it is reasonable to propose the possibility of treating simple obesity with combining methods of them, which is also helpful to boost clinical curative effect of weight reduction, lessen drug side effect, prevent and treat adiposis and its related serious complications.
