摘 要:2006-2009年,以甘肃陇南生产品种陇鉴9343、陇鉴9811作母本,铭贤169作父本进行杂交,F2代材料苗期分别接种白粉菌单孢菌系E05、E09进行抗性遗传分析,结果表明:对陇鉴9343组合,接种E05和E09,F2代植株抗感分离比分别为65:217和65:154,经卡方测验符合理论比1:3。对陇鉴9811组合,接种E05和E09,F2代植株抗感分离比分别为52:166和87:314,也符合理论1:3的比率。据此推知陇鉴9343、陇鉴9811对E05和E09的抗性均由1对隐性抗性基因控制。Two wheat cultivars Longjian 9343 and Longjian 9811 from Southern Gansu, China, was used as maternal parents and hybridized with the susceptible cultivar Mingxian 169 during 2006-2009. To study the inheritance of the resistance in seedling plants, the F2 populations of the crosses were inoculated with two powdery mildew isolates E05 and E09. The results showed that the segregation ratio for the cross of Longjian 9343 and Mingxian 169 were 65:217 in F2 plants when tested with E05, which fits into the expected value for 1R: 3S in Chi-square (Xc^2) testing for probability of goodness fit. The test with E09 produced similar results. The F2 plants were segregated as 65R: 154S. The Chi-square(Xc^2) testing with probability (P) for goodness fits the expected value 1:3. For cultivar Longjian 9811, the segregation ratios of the resistant to the susceptible were 87: 314 and 52: 166, respectively, when tested with E05 and E09 on F2 plants. The Chi-square (Xc^2) testing with probabilities (P) for goodness fit expected values 1:3. The results indicated that the resistance of Longjian 9343 and Longjian 9811 were both conferred by one recessive gene.
