摘　　要：针对目前我国农村劳动力大量被土地束缚,造成劳动力资源浪费以及农业机械共同利用率不高,造成农机资源浪费这一严重影响农业增效、农民增收的现实,本文通过对严李村调研分析,解析出相应的有效配置数据,为合理利用农业资源提供依据,建设节约型农业,实现农民收益最大化。Aiming at a large number of China＇ s rural labor force have been land bound, resulting in a waste of labor resources as well as the joint utilization of agricultural machinery is not high, resulting in a waste of agricultural resources, the serious impact on agricultural efficiency and rural incomes reality, this article by Yanli Village research analysis, parsing effective allocation of the corresponding data for the rational use of agricultural resources provide the basis for building a conservation - oriented agriculture, the realization of farmers maximize returns.
