摘 要:微波屏蔽处理是微波冻干设备设计开发的所需考虑的重点问题之一。本文探讨了微波产生的热效应和非热效应,结合微波冻干设备的结构配置分析了微波冻干设备中微波屏蔽的必要性。探讨了微波冻干设备中冻干仓仓门、导线、真空引出管口、干燥仓与捕水器连接通道、馈口的屏蔽问题,并分别采用扼流设计、铝箔、截止波导、屏蔽过流板、铁氧体材料等屏蔽处理措施。Microwave shielding is one of the key factors in the design process of the microwave freezing drying equipment. In this paper, thermal effect and non - thermal effect were discussed firstly. Combined with the configuration of the microwave freezing drying equipment, the necessity of microwave shielding was discussed. The shielding problem of the door of microwave freezing bin ,conductor,pipes of vacuum leading, channel of microwave freezing bin and water catcher,microwave power fed were discussed, at last we respectively took measures to shield these areas, choke design ,aluminum foil,cutoff waveguide ,shielding and air flow sheet ,material of ferrite were used in these places. By means of analysis and calculation, all the measures taken in this paper were effective. The research in this paper provides reference for the microwave freezing drying development.
