高校图书馆管理与服务中几个误区辨析

摘　　要：改革开放30年,中国高校图书馆事业取得了较大发展,同时也面临着严峻的挑战。在高校图书馆管理与服务中,存在以现代电子资源取代传统图书资源、单馆建设包容所有教学资源、硬件建设代替软件建设、以人为本而不是以书为本、以规模体现特色、馆员的随意性安排等误区,厘清高校图书馆管理与服务的几个误区,对于推动高校图书馆事业发展具有较大的现实指导意义。Since the 30 years＇ reform and open, Chinese University taneously is also facing the stem challenge.
