抗Zn菌对大豆抵抗Zn胁迫能力的影响

摘　　要：探讨3株抗Zn菌(Flavobacterium FCZ05E、Pseudomonas PCZ05B、Pseudomonas PCZ05H)对大豆抵抗Zn胁迫能力的影响.在没有添加外源Zn的土壤中,接种FCZ05H的大豆生物量高于该土壤中的对照处理,而接种FCZ05E、PCZ05B的大豆生物量与对照相比无显著差异.在Zn添加量为200和500mg/kg的人工模拟Zn污染土壤中,接种PCZ05B的大豆生物量均比同一Zn添加量的对照高,植株Zn含量、地下部分丙二醛含量比对照低,地下部过氧化物酶活性比对照高,但叶片叶绿素含量仅在Zn添加量为500mg/kg时才显著高于该Zn添加量的对照处理;接种FCZ05E、PCZ05H的大豆生物量、Zn含量、地下部丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶活性及叶绿素含量与同一Zn添加量的对照处理相比均无显著差异.Three Zn resistant strains （Flavobacterium FCZ05E, Pseudomonas PCZ05B, Pseudomonas PCZ05H） were inoculated to the roots of soybeans in the soil which was amended Zn in the levels of 200 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg respectively. The results showed that the growth of the soybeans inoculated FCZ05H was stimulated, but with no effect on the growth when inoculated PCZ05B or FCZ05E in the soil which was not amended Zn. Dry weight of the plants inoculated PCZ05B was obviously larger than the controls＇, and the contents of Zn both in shoots and roots were all lower than controls＇ in the soil which was amended 200 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg Zn. The contents of malodialdehyde （MDA） in the roots were lower than control, and POD in the roots was more active when PCZ05B was inoculated to the roots of soybeans in the soil amended Zn in the levels of 200 mg/kg and 500 mg/kg. Whether Chlorophyll contents were higher than the controls or not had not been found except adding 500 mg/kg Zn to the soil. The contents of chlorophyll, MDA and the activities of POD in the roots of the plants inoculated FCZ05E or PCZ05H were not significantly changed when compared with the controls in two Zn adding levels.
