摘　　要：以战略环境评价为依据,对耒阳经济开发区可持续发展条件下的生态环境进行了综合评价。建立基于可持续发展条件下的生态满意度指标体系,利用可持续发展协调度、发展度及社会、经济与环境综合指数模型,采用层次分析法和专家打分法对耒阳经济开发区可持续发展条件下的生态环境进行综合评价。结果表明:耒阳经济开发区生态满意度为一般水平。The sustainability of the environment in Leiyang Economic Development Zone was comprenhensively assessed based on the theory of strategic environment assessment.An sustainable development assessment system together with the sustainable development coordination degree,development scale,and social,economical,environmental synthetic index model were used in the sustainability assessment.The assessment was carried out by using an index system of ecological satisfaction,analytic hierarchy process and expert marking method.The results showed that the area met an average criterion of the ecological satisfaction.
