摘 要:以磷酸和核苷酸钠为复合催化剂,对己内酰胺单体混合物进行聚合前处理,采用一步法原位插层聚合尼龙6(PA6)/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料,详细讨论了复合催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、体系水用量和反应后期体系真空度对聚合的影响。得出一步法原位插层聚合最佳工艺为:以单体己内酰胺质量分数为基准,MMT质量分数3.5%,复合催化剂质量分数为1.1%、体系水质量分数为7%、反应温度200℃、反应总时间7 h、真空度(表压)-0.05 MPa。一步法聚合PA6/MMT纳米复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲模量、缺口冲击强度和热变形温度比PA6均有大幅度提高。PA6/montmorillonite (MMT) nanocomposites were prepared by one-step in-situ intercalated polymerization with phosphoric acid and sodium mucleotide composite as catalyst and the monomer mixture with eaprolactam and catalysts processed before polymerization. The content of composite catalysts, reaction temperature, reaction time, the content of water and vacuum degree in the reacted system on the polymerization were discussed. The optimum technology of one-step in-situ intercalated polymerization method was obtained when the content of MMT was 3.5 wt%, the content of catalyst was 1.1 wt%, the content of water was 7 wt%, the reaction temperature was 200 ℃, the reaction time was 7 h, the vacuum degree was -0. 05 MPa. The tensile strength, flexural modulus, notched impact strength of PA6/MMT nanocomposites prepared by one-step method were greatly increased than those of PA6.
